A good dinner out is a simple outline, but one that is much, much harder to find. Cooking is more about craft than just competency. An energy that has the vibe of your table being tended to without feeling mothered. No clock-watching behavior in a room you could quite happily sit in for hours All of which is rarer than the number of restaurants in Saanich, and figuring out which reliably meld in the right way is worth its weight in metaphorical gold.
